Thursday Night Football is bringing us a showdown at Lambeau Field, and we’re looking for opportunities beyond simply picking a winner.
The Green Bay Packers (4–3) host the Carolina Panthers (3–3), with both teams coming off disappointing Week 7 performances. Green Bay fell 20–17 to Detroit, while Carolina surrendered 43 points to Tampa Bay.
Tonight, we’re targeting eight player and game props, combining passing touchdowns, receiving production, alternate spreads, team scoring and an anytime touchdown play.
Where the matchup favors our picks
Green Bay’s passing attack: Jordan Love enters with 1,958 passing yards and 13 touchdowns through seven games. Christian Watson provides the downfield element, but his 70+ receiving-yard target requires explosive production rather than just short catches. CBS Sports
Carolina’s defensive absences: Jaelan Phillips and Bobby Brown III are inactive, reducing Carolina’s defensive-front depth. Cornerback Akayleb Evans is also unavailable. These absences could improve Green Bay’s scoring opportunities. Carolina Panthers
Carolina’s receiving opportunities: Tetairoa McMillan enters with 36 catches for 511 yards, while Chuba Hubbard has 15 receptions in six appearances. We’re using alternate reception thresholds rather than requiring career-best performances. CBS Sports
The Hubbard touchdown angle: Hubbard already has four rushing scores and two receiving touchdowns entering the matchup. His anytime touchdown selection can cash through either route, although touchdown opportunities depend heavily on game script and red-zone usage. CBS Sports

Three matchups we’re watching closely
1. Love and Watson against Carolina’s coverage. Green Bay’s ability to protect Love will influence both his touchdown prop and Watson’s receiving yards. One or two deep completions could move Watson’s tracker quickly.
2. McMillan and Hubbard against Green Bay. Carolina needs sustained drives, not necessarily explosive plays, to generate the five catches for McMillan and two for Hubbard. If Bryce Young has to get rid of the ball quickly, both receiving props could benefit.
3. The scoreboard versus the spread. Our over 41.5, Packers 21+ points and Panthers +6.5 selections fit a competitive, relatively high-scoring game. They are related outcomes, however, and not three independent bets.

Our BuckBully take: A Packers victory in a close game supports several of our alternate lines, but the most fragile selections remain Watson’s 70 receiving yards and Hubbard reaching the end zone.
This is a pregame projection, not a guaranteed result. The eight-leg ticket still carries substantial risk.
